Website Admin Support
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Scotland, is currently looking to recruit a Website Admin Support worker for a 1-2 month contract on a rate of £12.93 – £15.75/hour PAYE. This role will be a hybrid of working at home and in the office. The working hours are 3 days per week, 8am – 4pm or 10am – 6pm.
– Assisting with a number of entry level tasks
– Monitoring a shared email inbox and directing messages as required
– Making basic website edits and updates
– Supporting with ad hoc team admin.
– Managing shared mail box
– Updating tickets as per stakeholders request
– Escalating other tickets to senior team
Essential Skills:
– Experience of using a website CMS
– Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite
– Very good writing and communication skills
– Good organisational skills and attention to detail
