Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Contract and System Support and Data Analyst for a 2 months contract on a rate of £18.94 PAYE. This role will follow hybrid working policies with time spent between office and home working as required by the business.
 
Responsibilities:
 
– Daily checks to ensure the systems are running in line with contract agreements.
– Monitoring system helpdesks and escalating issues as required.
– Reviewing documents and preparing notes on system suppliers reports.
– Monitoring communication channels for system related issues.
– Data analysis and reconciliation of journey records and other transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
– Use of technical systems and Microsoft Excel in data management and analysis.
– Data and system checks to support Internal Audit activities.
– Support with ad hoc team activities including filing, mailbox monitoring, police requests, reporting, expenditure logging, budget monitoring and data checking.
