Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dalkeith, is currently looking to recruit an Administrator for an initial 2 month contract – start date will be 22nd April – on a rate of £13,52 per/hour PAYE. The working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm. This role will be based onsite in Dalkeith.

Responsibilities:
- Run reports from bespoke systems.
- Use Excel to check and update records.
- Ensure QA procedures are followed.
- Prepare materials for despatch.
- Scan and photocopy materials for retention.
Essential Skills:
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Be able to understand written and verbal communications.
- Good, general administrative skills.
- PC literate with proficient and accurate keyboard skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Flexible working approach and ability to work on own as well as part of a team.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines.
- Office based experience required.
- Competent IT skills specifically in (Excel & Word).
- Requires good attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise and manage own workload in accordance to staff operating procedures.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of cases.
