Change Manager
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Change Manager for a 3 month contract on a rate of £550-£600/day (Inside IR35).
Responsibilities:
– To support the relocation project through additional capacity and expertise in change management, through the appointment of a short-term change management contractor who will work across the Hubs, supporting staff in the transition to new / different ways of working that will contribute to the success of the project.
Essential Skills:
– Significant evidenced practical experience of either change management or working within a similar environment in a business areas supporting people in the implementation and adoption of improvement projects.
– Experience of change management planning and delivery including approaches to managing change successfully.
– Strong engagement skills which support the development and implementation of people change.
– Excellent organisation and time management skills to plan and organise project change management activities.
– Ability to work with minimum supervision accurately and consistently to high standards
– Able to work effectively in a team and in partnership with stakeholders and develop positive working relationships.
Desirable Skills:
– Experience of working within similar sector.
