International Check-in Processing Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit an International Check-in Processing Administrator for a 1 month contract on a rate of £13.44/hour PAYE. This role will be based on site.
Responsibilities:
– Log and issue documentation and, subsequently, support the International Check-in process for all visa sponsored individuals.
– Greet individuals in-person, direct them into the building and check-in location, check their documentation, and update their EUCLID visa records.
– Post holders will also be required to document BRPs, and Digital Status, as they are received, and to log them in the student’s Euclid Visa record.
Essential Skills:
– The post holder must be able to process a large volume of data, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
– This role uses both EUCLID and SITS client, so the post holder must be comfortable working with multiple systems.
– Excellent customer service.
– The ability to stay calm under pressure.
– Ability to maintain accuracy is paramount.
Desirable Skills:
– Previous experience in a higher education setting or within visa compliance.
