Team Lead Customer Communications
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Team Lead Customer Communications for a 6 month contract with a possibility of an extension on a rate of £27.04/hour (PAYE).
Responsibilities
– Undertaking extensive stakeholder engagement with public sector, external organisations, communications representatives, and departments, ensuring activity is joined up via collaborative working.
– Recognising where partnerships can be utilised as one of the supporting levers to achieve communications outcomes, advising on the most appropriate channels to reach partners and their audiences and measuring their effectiveness.
– Ensuring partnership activity is delivered inclusively and communications are accessible.
– Lead the client/communication work stream for inflight buildings. Tasks will include monitoring and managing, the team Inbox; triaging emails to colleagues, responding to various types of correspondence, and providing contributions to FMQs and PQs.
– Ensure there is accurate, quality/consistent messaging with internal and external stakeholders that support the wider programmes vision and values.
– Support the team leader develop a robust and rigorous approach to communication for the Division.
– Provide overall support to the wider team by co-ordinating and attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders including taking the secretariat roles as required.
– Any add-hoc duties commensurate to your role.
