Investors In Diversity Award

Venesky-Brown have been awarded the Investors in Diversity Award for Small Business.

As part of Venesky-Brown’s ongoing commitment towards maintaining and developing a working environment that is welcoming to people from all backgrounds and abilities, we have embarked on a journey with the National Centre for Diversity that lead us to achieving the Investors in Diversity for Small Businesses Award.

By embarking on this journey we were be able to engage with staff across all our divisions and enable employees to “have their say”, on how we are doing in terms of FREDIE: Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement, making these standards at the heart of everything we do.

Through the Investors in Diversity programme,  we have developed a working environment that is inclusive, transparent and we have enhanced how we communicate with a diverse range of people.
