Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit Admins until 27th March 2027 on a rate of £17.09 per hour (PAYE). This role will be a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office per week.
Responsibilities:
– Handling of applications received – accurately creating applicant records using the Case Management System (CMS), including the scanning and recording of personal documents.
– Responding to general enquiries in relation to applications from both applicants and legal representatives.
– Responsible for initial triage of applications, identifying outstanding information and signposting applicants on how to progress this.
– General administrative duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, acknowledgement and secure inward, outward and onward processing of mail, in a timely manner.
– Working collaboratively with case workers and other colleagues to help continuously improve processes and provide a high level of service.
– Working closely with both case workers and unit managers to offer day to day support.
– Management of consumables i.e. printed application forms, guidance etc. and other stationary items.
– Work flexibly as part of a team to perform other tasks as required.
