Evidence Data Processing Officer
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh / Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit x 3 Evidence Data Processing Officers for initial 6 month contracts on a rate of £17.09/ hour PAYE – working Monday to Friday, 0900-1630. These roles will require occasional attendance at the Edinburgh or Glasgow office for training purposes, otherwise the expectation is to be home working.
Responsibilities:
– Work as part of the Evidence Team to collate and process evidence, with thorough attention to detail.
– Work closely and collaboratively with other members of the team to enable access to evidence.
– Exercise appropriate care and discretion at all times when handling evidence, ensuring it is stored, shared, and managed securely in accordance with data protection requirements and processes.
– Undertake general administrative tasks as and when required.
– Work flexibly across the wider secretariat teams as and when required, to provide administrative support.
Essential Skills:
– Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) and the ability to effectively utilise other information technology platforms.
– Experience of supporting improvements in processes or ways of working, to help make services more efficient and user-friendly.
– Working together – Level 1
– Managing a quality service – Level 1
