HR Advisor
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit 2 x HR Advisors for initial 10 month contracts with potential to extend on an hourly rate of £18.46 to £21.51/hour PAYE. These roles will be a hybrid of working at home and in the office.
Responsibilities:
– Providing direction and support to managers and heads of service on a wide range of employee relations matters, including specialist absence management support and expert guidance
– Supporting the Health & Wellbeing Strategy, working with the services, trade unions and a wide range of business stakeholders to create lasting cultural change.
– Developing and managing effective working relationships with managers and trade union representatives.
– Pro-actively identifying, developing, and implementing improvements to systems, processes, and procedures to enhance HR service delivery.
– Developing and producing comprehensive HR data analysis to demonstrate trends, conduct research as appropriate and provide written reports for management.
Essential Skills:
– Case management experience
– HR experience at Assistant/Officer/Advisor level
– Absence management experience would be highly advantageous
