Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Clydebank, is currently looking to recruit a Workforce Manager for an initial 2 month contract – with potential to extend on a rate of £15.44/hour PAYE (Inside IR35). This role will be full time on-site, 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
– Provide direction to a small team and be responsible for the day-to-day operational needs of the Security Service.
Essential Skills:
– Highly experienced people manager and coordinator
– Maintain effective communication with team, management, internal and external customers
– Self –starter who can quickly understand the mechanics of the role/department
– Conflict and complaint management skills
– Experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders and/or multi-disciplinary
– Experience of managing own work area and workload
– Admin experience inc. rota management / payroll queries / purchase orders
– Competent IT skills
– Approachable
– Ability to seek solutions should difficulties occur or where opportunities arise
– A flexible, can-do approach
– A desire to drive quality and improve service standards
Desirable Skills:
– Experience in healthcare
– Experience in safety and/or security
– Experience of HR policy
